Self-note: This is the second mass exodus since I've arrived - this is starting to become something of a habit with this place. Lacking sufficient evidence to prove otherwise, rumours suggest that the missing have found their way out of the City - through what means, I cannot yet ascertain. The signifigant population decline seems potentially problematic. Theories point towards the flux created by the departure of the City's deities (whom I have, thankfully, never been in contact with, as research has shown them to be rather... unhinged). (Of course, questions arise upon the nature of gods in this place; if, as I have concluded, this place is the nexus of the time-space continuum, then what force determines this mantle of power?) Normally, I do not like to tarry my thoughts on the matter of gods or their ilk, but I do not need these constant interruptions disrupting my thoughts! As if the sprocking clock wasn't enough. Should this progress, I'm ready to theorize that, in layman's terms, I will go insane. Again.Current Status: annoyed

( Observations )Self-note #4128:The Omnicom has been able to connect to the network of computers that apparently exist in this dimension. They seem to carry a similar purpose to an interconnected community of personal logs, the concept being to provide a means of communication between the displaced trapped in this world. A primitive method, but the surroundings suggest that the technology here is little more advanced than that I encountered during my time trapped in the late 20th century. The solution to finding a way home, therefore, should be reasonably attainable with my cognative faculties. Without the rest of the Legion to disrupt my work continuously, there should be few distractions (unless there are other variables that this dimension presents), but the added responsibility of being the only Legionnaire capable of locating the others (with perhaps an exception of Invisible Boy) is a potential complication. Foremost, my priority should be returning back to Legion Headquarters; once home in the 31st century, finding the rest of the Legion will be substantially simpler. There is little I cannot solve without a quiet place to think. However, the ticking noise emenating from the center of the city is beginning to try my patience. It seems to be powering some sort of spinning platform decorated with horses like those of planet Earth, yet the source is undeniably underground. Add 'Ticking platform' to file 'Investigation required.'Current Status: stressed
